The Dongjie Company has strong and wonderful basic facilities. The office building is comfortable and efficient, production workshop commodious and bright, also the water, electricity and gas are sufficiently supplied. The company owns advanced producing and inspecting equipment including the laser cutting machine(TRUMAT/CL3030) imported from Germany, CNC milling machine, three-dimension measuring equipment and six three-dimension bending machines imported from Italy, a welding robot imported from Japan and wire cutting machine. Various kinds of fixtures, toolings and checking tools can be designed and manufactured by the company. There are several hundred machines used in the mechanical area, such as, clipping machine, punching machine, pressing machine, bending board machine, lathe, milling machine, planer and grinding machine. The two electrophoresis producing lines are in accordance with the European automobile standard. The company also possesses one electrostatic painting line.
